Terms and Conditions for Digital Photo Downloads

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Maria Michael Photography you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Photo Downloads

Maria Michael Photography offers digital photos for purchase and download. Once the digital image is sent to the user, all transactions are considered final. Refunds will not be issued for completed digital photo downloads.

3. Payment

All payments for digital photo downloads must be made in advance through the designated payment methods available on the site. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Maria Michael Photography reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

4. License and Usage

Upon completion of the purchase, the user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital photo for personal, non-commercial purposes. The user may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the digital image without explicit written consent from Maria Michael Photography.

5. Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise indicated, copyright of our artwork and the information on this web site (including but not limited to; text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by Maria Michael Photography.
